My interpretation I guess of a lighthouse keeper. I chipped his head while carving so I made him a hat from a piece of deer splits leather.

Maybe the good person that is going to take care of the lighthouse keeper is hoping for rain, or at least the hopes of commiefornia falling off the continent!

The woman in Nevada who bought it finally sent me a message and said it made it there in one piece and she likes it. Now I can relax. Whew.
