You guys pretty much all know the calls I make and I use a collet chuck. I took the collet chuck off one of my lathes today and traded it for a nova 4 jaw. I didn't take a picture so instead of going back out in the shop I found one online. It came with just the one set of jaws. Will this work ok for pot calls in case I decide next year I might want to try my hand at making a few. John

SURE you can John. I do it all the time. I have all the jaws for mine but use those same jaws most of the time for everything from boring the calls to turning them.

Thanks Brian. One of these days I'll have to give it a try.

JOhn, the turkey pots are not all that difficult to build. Give it a try and we will do what we can to help out.

Thanks jcz, when things pick up I'll get some glass and whatever I need and give it a try this summer to see how they turn out before I try and sell one. I suppose I could just make some pioneer plastic pot calls. LOL
